I downloaded the wagons run but passengers can not see from the outside and from the inside what I had to do to see them and also from the inside.

Hello Rali.
The passengers do not appear automatically.
They should be placed by the author of the coaches, and in this case the author has not placed them.

PS: Although if you want you can place them with RW Tools.
