The version 4 is still in developement.

The actual version, if you want to download, is the 3.5, plus the update 3.7 (in this order)

The assets in downloads are for the LAV Route, not for the Iberia.

Check the read-me for possible external add-ons. With them and the route base (3.5) plus the update (3.7) it has to work fine.
